Cancellation policy

We begin processing orders shortly after they’re placed, so cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of purchase. If you need to cancel, please email us at maplelaymarket@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number.

After the 2-hour window, your order may already be in production or shipping and can no longer be canceled. In that case, you may be eligible for a return or exchange once the item is delivered—please refer to our return policy for more details.
